This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7 AMβ3 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. San Antonio is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around San Antonio is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This is a cute drive up spot that you order online and they bring out your order when itβs ready. We ordered the 20 pan fried bao but ate most of it lol super tasty and soft moist buns. Comes with two soy sauce packets and chili oil.

Got the pan fried beef buns, the lotus buns and the savory pancakes. I was supposed to bring some home.....they didn't make it. I so weak, and they are all DELICIOUS. Great food, cooked to order cause it was piping hot and fresh, and wonderfully inexpensive. I will return often.

Amazing food, will definitely be coming back! Was around the medical center area and decided to place an order for pickup to try this place out. Once I arrived I texted my stall number and the food was out within minutes. We got the seared bao mixed box, scallion pancakes, lotus wraps and chili oil. All the food was delicious, the buns were soft and fresh and the fillings were so flavorful and unique. Baos are smaller in size and addictive so definitely recommend ordering at least a 20 piece box. The mapo tofu bao and the pork bao were the stars of the show along with the lotus wraps. Full of flavor, meat was tender and moist! Service was so friendly and the food showcases the love and care that goes into this business. Wishing many years of success to them!

This place was so good! It was our first time coming here and we were blown away! Super fast service. I got the saucy pork steamed buns and my husband got the pork. We also got the lotus bun with pork belly. Absolutely delicious!

All their food items are very tasty. We tried a little of everything & everything was excellent. The meat in the BaoBuns was very juicy & tender. The seasonings were just right. Pancakes were very fluffy & tasteful. They were consumed on our way home. They're that delicious!!! Our wait was about 10-15min but keep in mind we ordered a fair array of items. *Drinks are bottled items. I only wished that they had at least 1 dessert item on their menu but maybe that'll come later?
